Our Chelsea boot can be tailored to your lifestyle—crafted rugged with Vibram outsoling for all-weather wear, refined with broguing and a leather sole for a more formal look, or anywhere in between.

Place your bespoke custom shoe order to begin the journey. Once we have your order we will contact you to arrange a time to come in for measurements. Estimated time to receive your bespoke order is 6 months. Once your shoe is ready we will contact you to arrange shipping.

If you can’t travel to Seattle, instructions will be given to measure and trace your feet. Please note that this could compromise the bespoke fit of the shoe.

Designed, Created & Tailored For You
The art of bespoke handmade shoes has been around since the 18th century. This traditional practice involves a220+ step process that is still used today. From altering the last (or wood form), to pattern making, to assembling the shoe, it takes roughly 40 hours of craftsmanship to create a pair of custom-made shoes.

1. Measurement & Fitting
- Accurate Measurement: Comprehensive measurements of your feet are essential for a perfect fit. Ideally you can stop by our Seattle workshop location for comprehensive measurements before production begins, otherwise here are instructions for remote measurements.
- Fitting Sessions: If you're in Seattle, fitting sessions can be scheduled here.
2. Production & Time Frame
- Production Timeline: The production of your custom bespoke shoes typically takes 6 months. This timeframe may vary based on the design complexity and current production schedule.
- Delays: While we strive to adhere to the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: The cost of bespoke handmade shoes is determined based on design complexity, materials, and customization options.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required to initiate production.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period, but before production begins, will be reimbursed at 50%.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of bespoke shoes, refunds are not available once production has commenced. Should there be any issues with the final product, please get in touch with us to discuss potential adjustments or resolutions.
5. Aftercare & Adjustments
- Aftercare: To ensure the longevity of your bespoke shoes, we provide detailed care instructions. Proper maintenance is essential to preserving the quality and appearance of your footwear.
- Adjustments: If you experience any issues with fit or comfort after receiving your shoes, please get in touch with us within ten days to arrange for necessary adjustments. We are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure your complete satisfaction.
6. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping for your convenience. Standard shipping within the US will be free. International shipping costs will be determined at the time of shipment.
- Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your shoes in person, please schedule a pickup appointment once your shoes are ready. We will notify you when your order is complete.
